Excellent tune. Very impressive. Everytime I hear it, I like it even more than the last time.

Why havn't I heard of this group before? They're good. Superior musicians that have a good sense of musical subtleties that many regular radio listeners don't seem to pick up easily.

Mabye Willie should try grunge next. :) I give this tune an 8.

Great tune. Willie is the man. Or atleast one of them ;)

What a great reprieve from the worries of daily toils.

Although they have gone in different directions, I really like both Farrar and Tweedy.  I don't have this album yet though, so really nice to hear a track.

Most of Joan's music I'd rate at around 8 or 9. I saw her live once and it was one of the best shows I've seen. Lots of soul. This tune though? 2

Much more natural sounding then Enigma, and not as contrived, if that makes any sense.

You could play this 10 times in a row and I'd be up for listening to it just one more time. That woman's voice is enchanting and cuts through what ever distractions I have here. (Which is not good when my wife is trying to talk to me) ;)

Incredible! I've heard Nina Simone before, but never this tune. I was blown away. Loved it. Play it again RP.

Alright this song seems to be getting better :) Rerated from 7 to an 8.

One of my favorite hometown bands, and that's saying alot because the music scene here is quite healthy. We had them here for a house concert one night. A magical night. Now-a-days they're a bit too popular to do that again.

Yikes people! Is it a nice comfy tune to listen to? No. Does it make you think? Well i guess it might unless you have an allergy to such things. If you don't want to think, turn down the volume. That, or gripe, whine and complain, and rate it with a one.

Bill, you know about 60% of us absolutly hate reggae, and we deal with it on this station because the rest of the music is so amazing. But WHY, WHY play two of these awful songs in a row?
According to the avg. rating, looks like about 71% of raters like this tune, and probably Marley's reggae as well. Rise up all you people!!

This guy is great! Saw him live a couple times, once at the Winnipeg Folk Festival on a clear star-filled night. Absolute magic.">

Awesome!! And hats off to Billy Bragg for his political posturings. It's time we had more musicians like him and Steve Earl.

This is a great tune!

Two somewhat fun albums, and where are they now? The only band member doing anything worth listening to now, is Ben Darvill (the blond satyr on the album cover) Brad Roberts is completly washed up full of himself. Hes wasted his good voice (yes I like his voice) and clever witticisms on being stoned, drunk and egotistical.

One of the best songwriters of our times. One of his best tunes from one of his best albums. Thanks RP. p.s. Rocket Launcher IS from the perspective of someone watching people be killed and innocent villages being bombed. To my understandinf this is not what Bruce would actually do if given the opportunity, but rather a reaction to what he actually witnessed in Central America. Truth be told, I've felt the same way, and I'm a pacifist. Anyhoo, Rocket Launcher, though good isn't even in my top 30 Bruce Cockburn songs. I'd like to hear 'Lord of the Starfields', 'Dancing in the Dragon's Jaws', 'Lover's in a Dangerous Time' and every song off of this album.

Yeesh! I remember 'dancing' to this at my grad. Good tune, but I'd rather not remember high school.
