One of the best grooves of my lifetime

I LOVE this song.  Being the only person in my family NOT born in Oklahoma, this is like hearing about my family.  Including "running the stop sign on the Shawnee bypass" as my grandma was hit by someone doing this, resulting in her death six weeks later.  I got a white country kicker cousin named La'Quita - we called her Queeter - who wore them cut off britches.  An uncle drove them big semi trucks.  Most of my mom's family still live in Muskogee and we used to vacation at Lake Eufala.  I've driven by most of the places mentioned.

Like a stroll down memory lane....

Wow.  I had forgotten about this song.  Used to listen to it full blast via 8-track on the stereo growing up.  Always gave me chills.

This song always makes me think of the theme to Firefly.

That song was gorgeous.  Don't know what problem you guys have with her voice.  Probably the same folks dissin' Van Morrison:  just lack the sophistication required to appreciate the subject

sing over her...the song itself is wonderful.  I just spent it slow waltzing with myself in the house

YES!  Been listening to ZZ since 2013.  Recently saw her live in a 400 person venue in Austin (with a VIP meet and greet).  Great artist!

I've never been a big Springsteen fan, except for THIS song.

A very good cover of this song.  No matter what you might think of the artist, she has talent.

okay.  Catchy tune, makes me think of Chris Farley.  However, I have RP on 8 hours a day while I'm working and this has been on every single day for the last week.  Can we move from once a day to every other day at least?

I don't know enough of their material to hate them like everyone else seems to, but I like this track.

I actually don't like this band at all....except for this track.  Weird.

Maybe it's Laura Vier's distinct voice that calls me through the ether (or it could simply be air), but this music is quite appealing on initial hearing. Let's hear some more off this album. At least she and Neko write interesting and intelligent songs and have voices that stand out from the bedlam (no it's not bedlam on RP, just so many other places).

I would like to hear something other than this song.  I'm actually getting fairly tired of it.  I listen 8 hours/day while working and hear it at least once per day.  I think it's time to take it off heavy rotation and play something else by them.

wow.  Was actually tapping my toes before I realized what song this was.

hearing this reminds me of the first time I heard Fleetwood Mac on Muzak.
