Playing this quietly in the office is obviously not ideal ... but it's a lot better than not playing it.

Still a great tune to brighten a rain-sodden day.

Never heard of 'em, but this is pleasant enough.

Electro-pop: didn't like it then, don't like it now.

Despite not understanding any of the words — apart from the refrain in English — I still love to hear this song. It would be on my top ten Dylan covers without a doubt.

Well, that was very pleasant.

Well now, isn't that pleasant?

24 carat solid gold treat.

It's been so long since I heard this. Excellent, and brings the whole TV series back to mind.

Very nice change of pace for this afternoon of rather dull but important work. Thanks.

How nice to hear just the first few notes and know that a treat was in store. Be nice to hear some of the Dylan covers too.

Nice segue, Bill. Costello to Isaak. Cool.
That almost proves it! Two in a row of repeated sequence.

Most excellent! And followed by Louis Prima! Perfect!
Hmmn. Just done it again. Does this mean that all those honey-voiced "DJs" aren't really there at all?

Haven't heard this in a long, long while ... and what it shows is how Bob has always known how to subvert the familiar old genres.

Almost anything David Lindley touches is gold as far as I can hear, and this old stuff is highly worthwhile. But some of the newer stuff would be most welcome.

Oh No. Another new band to go out and investigate. Thanks a lot.

Not your cup of tea is fine with me-- there's things on here I feel that way about, no big deal.
Phew!

I like that percussive hook thing. Nice song.
