Poe doesn't just rock, she boulders. She mountains. She freaking planets. I don't normally go nuts over singers, but I know if I ran into Poe, I'd immediately metamorphose into the biggest fanboy this side of Comic Book Guy. *drool* The album this song is from is the brainchild of Rhys Fulber, and I love his stuff, but it's Poe's vocals that do the trick for me. She could cover New Kids on the Block and make it sizzle.

This kid has pipes!!! I love the mood of this song - the way it sets the stage, delivers, and then stops, leaving one wanting more...

Chasing it with "Desert Rose" by Sting would not have been my choice, but it fits - quirky vocals and that driving rhythm...

I must just be in a RP groove tonight...
