Dada (stylized dada) is a three piece rock band from California (United States). The band is made up of Michael Gurley (guitar/co-lead vocals), Joie Calio (bass/co-lead vocals) and Phil Leavitt (drums).

The band's songs feature both Michael and Joie sharing the vocals on each song. The group write highly melodic, harmony laden tunes, and their constant touring with two and a half to three hour performances has won them a wide fanbase.

This song played, then the RP "thanks for listening" message followed, and then the song started again from the beginning and is now playing again. Odd.

This three piece was sooo solid. All could sing, all really good musicians, lyrics were smart, killer live sets, tasty solos, pretty much had it all.

Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. RP is so wonderful, this kind of glitz makes me realize how much I rely on it to keep my spirits up while working. Welterusten (sleep well), RP staff.

I saw their reunion show last July in Decatur, Ga. at Eddie's Attic. A true roadtrip!  What a blast. They were spot on musically as well as vocally as if I was playing their lp's from the 90's. I always loved them, especially Michael Gurley on lead guitar and the harmonizing by him and Joie Calio. I thought they were done as a band and had always had them on my bucket list of bands I needed to see! And bam.  Life is good when shit like that pops up and you can make it happen!
