Big Head Todd and The Monsters is a rock band formed by Todd Mohr, Brian Nevin, and Rob Squires in 1986 in Colorado. The band has released several albums since 1989, with their 1993 album Sister Sweetly going platinum in the United States. The band has developed a sizable live following, especially in the Mountain States of the United States.

that's so strange a comment to me. i'm a big lloyd cole (and lloyd cole & the commotions) fan, and i see absolutely no similarity at all between these two bands.
funny how something can resonate with one person and completely not resonate at all with another. makes life interesting.

Their 3-hour show last Saturday night at the Boulder Theater did the home town crowd the biggest! Todd was in a bluesjammin' mood! On this album, Todd jams with John Lee H! Check out the song 'Caroline' for Todd's rippin' Fender-work. Mind-blowing, especially live!

Sweet fluid little guitar lead I love.

His voice isn't classic but it's way expressive.
