To those who criticize Loreena's sound, consider that her mix of eastern and western music styles has an 800-900 year history.  These musical progressions were quite common in the music of the 12th-13th century troubadours who brought new sounds and instruments from their adventures in the Near-East during the Crusades..

I love the evocative nature of Loreena's music. It definitely makes me stop what I'm doing..puts me in a reflective mood.

Loreena and my celtic origins are a good way to say : Since maybe around 13-14 years, i listen to RP. Some days of my life, i stopped and always returned. Sometime i psd because my day is in stress and i can't listen quiet attentively. Sometime it's awesome and fit perfect with my mood. Sometime, an artist i don't love surprises me good and as so many listeners, i discover also. Tonight is christmas without my family for me in France. I'm not alone because all magic is here with RP. Thank you RP. Merry X-Mas and long live.

The live rendition at the Alhambra is exceptional as is the fortress itself.  I highly recommend visiting, of course with LM playing on your headphones :)
