There is no room, left to fantasize
I imagine my way out, of this cubicle life
There is a chance, where you assume, there ain't room
Talking to a voice, on the other end
There's a big mess....message been sent
Through the phone held hostage in your hand
When you're on and when you talk, you leave no room
Keep your silence
Signals, all mute
Your feedback siren
Leaves nothing to choose
Out of touch
Just mono output
A single
Thought
Just mono output
There ain't no room left in my mind
There is no room, left to fantasize

Nana Adjoa is a Dutch-Ghanaian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist based out of Amsterdam. Adjoa was raised in the Netherlands by her Dutch mother and Ghanaian father. Her musical style is influenced by her dual heritages, but also by formal jazz training and an interest in American rock bands like Wilco and Rage Against the Machines.
Her debut album, Big Dreaming Ants, was released in 2020. The title of the album comes out of the lyrics of the closing track of the album, ‘I Want to Change’, in which she sings, “Big dreaming, little ants, it’s just who we are.” Adjoa told Atwood Magazine that while, “Writing this album, there was a constant state of mind or feeling of me being a moving piece, a small part that fits into a bigger whole was a constant.”
Her track “No Room”, is built around little more than a guitar and Adjoa's stunningly gentle voice. Adjoa told Complex, "I wrote 'No Room' about this feeling I can get when you have a conversation with someone which gets stuck in habitual small talk. Trying to control the moment, leaving no room to discover the moment, each other or something new and unexpected.”

Some songs its not the lyrics, or the tunes, or the bands appearance and charisma. Sometimes it's the Grove. This is just such a song!
From her website, https://nanaadjoa.com/About

Zoomable…yes. Still too low resolution to really see it.
Yeah, still not enough pixels to see stuff well. Some individual tracks have "zoom-in" segments with great detail, e.g. Throw Stones, No Room, I Want to Change. There *must* be a full-resolution version of the whole album cover somewhere, but I can't find it.
A bigger zoomable version of the album cover is here

Yes, exactly!
And then William-and-Crew blend it perfectly with many other tunes, like tonight, the "shortest day of the year" , I'm hearing a great mix of chill beats and grooves.
Once again, a "new-to-my-ears" tune that rates 8 right out the gate.
Once again, Long Live Radio Paradise!!
