islandman is an electro-acoustic trio composed of multi-instrumentalist & producer Tolga Böyük, Eralp Güven (percussion), and Erdem Başer (guitars). islandman’s music can be described as a unique mix of mellow electronic structures & dance beats with spacey live guitars, backed up by shamanic rhythms. The idea of their sound is to bring Turkish psychedelia and African roots music together in an electric-acoustic harmony.

islandman made their debut in 2016 with their single “Agit”, which brought it to the attention of Danish label “Music for Dreams”. islandman released their first album, Rest in Space, in 2017.
