I stopped what I was doing and thought about what I was doing and I didn't even remember. I was fleeing. 

Did remember and relive the ugly things I said to my kids. Realised the cause (me), found a solution and plotted a path for the next day, the next week. Let's try again

I like electronic music alot. Also everything psychedelic but I never liked a radiohead song. Something about them that makes me unimpressed. Probably my fault
