What exactly is a pseudo-intellectual poser?

Waiting in Vain - Bob Marley

I'm wondering why "he doesn't belong here." Can you explain?
I think Bob Marley has some fantastic music and reggae is just another part of eclectic. Keep it coming.

I know, we're supposed to be all eclectic n' everything, but do you have to play reggae? Marley's an amazing man, but he doesn't belong here.
I know, the song's got a rating of 7.8, so I'm in the minority, but I just had to say it.
I don't usually complain. Honest.

I love this song and I love "Animals." It's got a calming other-wordly sense about it that feels very welcoming. :)

I heard this song on RP just a few weeks ago, and it served as my first introduction to DTB. I picked up this album later in the week, and absolutely love them. A great pick. Quite a few of their shows are available for free, legal download in the e-tree listings of archive.org at (click here)

I think Damien's referring to my issue mentioned with the Hurt cover by J. Cash -- too many depressing songs on RP. I love RP, but seems like in an average hour, about 60% are in a minor key and do some kind of inventory about how much life sucks.
Man, can I agree with that. I love RP, too, but when I listen I usually feel like it's raining outside and my girlfriend just dumped me. ;)

I think I like the studio version better.
Loved the Avalon album, though eventually tired of it a bit as it started to all sound a lot like the same song. . . .
Hmmm.
I agree! I saw Bryan Ferry many years ago at a small theatre and he played almost the entire Avalon album. It was great. I used to rank it RIGHT UP THERE as one of my favorite albums but -- though I still appreciate it -- agree that it has not aged well..for me at least.
