The voice sure sounds like that of Joni Mitchell (at one point in her career). Who is doing the breathy vocals? What a shame the lyrics are unclear. The few words I understood seemed interesting.
the vocals on this album are done by an italian singer called costanza francavilla - which always surprises me, because to me she sounds exactly like his previous partner martina topley-bird. don't know why he replaced her

I'm just not digging on this guy at all. His covers are, to put it bluntly, unnecessary.

this guy is at the moment playing 4 nights of concerts where he's playing exactly 100 songs from his back catalogue in strict alphabetical order - now that's a funny idea. good song too click here

eleanor is ok, but there's so much better irish music out there - would be nice to hear some planxty for instance

It's odd but somehow I always think of the Throwing Muses when hearing Cocteau Twins and vice versa. Dunno why since they're so different, but that's how it works for me, like they're different sides of the same coin or somethin'. Go figure. :
i know what you mean - i'm the same. ct are great but this is not their best song.

were much better than this. the long unoriginal instrumental is welcome; at least he's not singing anymore
