Got great respect for this little bundle of power from the frozen wastes. She's in every aspect unique and has given music some great hooks and influences.

Ummmmmm........ "Shalalalalalaah..." well what more can I say.... Actually, I can say far more. My future ex-wife kissed me almost 19 years ago straight after a Paul Brady concert in Dublin. We're separating currently... what a waste of time that was. Sorry Paul, but I blame you totally, you rotten bollix!!! :D

i dont really like most of the chili peppers albums but i love this new one... i dont understand why it gets so panned by RP listeners... i guess it came on late in the afternoon today - wake up guys! this is the best RHCP in years...
People like bashing bands for their images or names... can't do anything about it. Same reason why any old crap by Dylan or Hendrix is rated 2-3 points too high by the same kinda people. it's some sort of "acclaim bonus system" at work. I just rate what I hear and don'T give a toss about names and reputation.

These guys are GOD! {#Notworthy}

No other band has gripped me in the past year as much as the Eels. Can listen to them any time, anywhere, and the music puts me in a fabulous state of mind. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Promising start, then a letdown... a 5.

Hmmm really liked him, btu this song was a bit mediocre for his standards. Gosh even saw him once in concert! I felt really old.... and back then, I was in my twenties.......... 8-)

Play this loud and things might change... :) Like it a lot, strange but captivating.

Ditto - nice to hear the odd Irish here.

Oooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh one of my favourite songs for the past YEAR! Just listen to the strings arrangement. I've NEVER heard anything like this before. Truely amazing. I've listened to this song maybe 50 times now and still discover little subtle details. A masterpiece.

Wow haven't heard this in YONKS!! Always like bopping along to this. TBH Sniffn wasn't that hot a band - the best was this song and the sexy covers aaah teenager dreams!!!

LOL made me laugh real hard!! Fab tune, just love it to bits. I just wrecked my headphones by turning this way up to the top! And probably my ears too.... :D

Just been informed he is one of my workmate's good friends.... and speaks very highly of him, seems to be a fantastic person. And I heard this AFTER I upped this song to a nine :D

agree... LOVE reggae but never thought much of Tosh. He seems too artificial to me...

Under different circumstances (sipping tequila on a Mexican market square, watching the village beauties dance to this) I might like this... sitting at the office, sadly......... I don't. :(

Forgot how good these albums were since most of my vinyl is long gone... might need to add this and Crime of the Century to my wish list in digital format.
Have rebought the entire collection ages ago. Essential! NOBODY have ever come close to them or were able to copy their style. And STYLE they had - truckloads of it!!! A perfect 10, without doubt, for me.

Ahh yaa he does sound like dylan . . . because it is Dylan
Yep, sadly. Please if ANYONE can help it, KEEP HIM AWAY FROM THE MICROPHONE! He's by far the absolutely worst singer of this bunch, and in my opinion the worst "singer" in the industry. Can't believe they let him "sing" this... having so much better voices in the group....

First it was the VW Jetta commercial, now iPod. I'm very afraid that my CD collection will become a soundtrack to commercials...Help!
That is inevitable. Something people like will be used for commercials, like it or not. If everybody was hooked on strawberry lollipops they'd stick one as a "FREE gift" on every microwave or CD they wanna sell.... :D

This is a beautiful song...the lyrics are spot on!
Feel the same here. The fact that it's been overplayed on commercial radio doesn't mean it's bad by default. As far as I heard, on average a child is born around the world every 7 seconds.... not sure though.
