A groundbreaking LP with the orchestra, brilliant now as it was then. Better on shrooms though!{#Tongue}

The Church are on a roll; sold-out Aussie tour and inducted in to the Australian Rock and Roll Hall of Fame recently; check out their latest Untitled 23; this band is still producing vital music after all these years, any other band out their can that after three decades?

Had to stop my work and find out whose was signing, pleasantly surprised and very much liked the entire vibe.

Ol' Pete! I've been listening to his music for about 30 years now, Plimsouls and all. Still great, after all these years. {#Clap}

Agree, Peter Case is a majorly underrated-appreciated singer-songwriter; check out Flying Saucer Blues, more PC! (Thanks for all the great tunes this year Bill—-Wishing RP much success in 2010—The Year of the Tiger!)

The groove reminds me of How How by Yello, maybe a little less percussive. Pretty cool.
I am hearing some Radiohead.....

Elvis C. never ceases to amaze me, back in '77 to now; thanks RP for playing a rare classic from a rare classic; man, this station MUST stay! I live in Japan and NEED RP!!

Didn't Jackson say David can sing 'Take it Easy' in Cantonese? You got that one, Bill?

Sounds a little bit like what John Lennon and the boys would be doing if they were still with us.
Exactly what I thought, combined with a little BMRC inflections....kinda grooves in a hypnotic way, like it.

A beautiful choice! I adore this album...it's timeless. Simple yet full, heartfelt and pensive. Shades of Harvest Moon...but more reflective.
Mine was 'Into the Mystic' yet if I ever walk down the aisle again.....

Pleeeeze spare us from this again---a big black thumbs down in an otherwise fine set.

Peter Case is just so good, thanks Bill, a little Flying Saucer Blues; very under-appreciated musician in mee humble opinion.

As I noted yesterday when She Said She Said was played, many think S. Peppers was the classic one; Revolver changed music forever and is thus clearly the Beatles LP that is at the top.

Can I turn this up to 11?

Everyone says Sgt. Pepper was their best, it was surely Revolver that changed the world.
