Amazing how tastes can differ...  I just can't stand this voice/sound picture. Same problem to me as with My Morning Jacket. Add Talking Heads (okay, that's different music, but same effect: the voice hurts my ears) and there are the three main reasons to leave RP for a short while.

But as usual in life, diversity is important to evolution :)
