VAST is an American alternative rock band based in Seattle, United States. The acronym VAST stands for Visual Audio Sensory Theater and is the main creation of singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jon Crosby. The band is signed to 2blossoms, an independent record company created by Crosby.
VAST's sound is identifiable as ambient electro-rock with considerable industrial and acoustic influences, usually made with Crosby's traditional acoustic guitar, electronic instruments and processing, drum-driven tracks, and heavy bass. Vocally similarities range from classic rock to post-grunge. In recent years, however, VAST's sound has been more identifiable with acoustic rock in releases such as April and Me and You. The band's latest release is 2018's She Is Murder EP

It's "fewer" frogs, dammit. Sanctimony sounds better when it's grammatically correct.
Do you refuse to use the "12 items or less" line at the grocery store?

Dude, your posting a definition of "sanctimonious" makes you the sanctimonious one.
I’m just here to see how many people mention Jim Morrison.
Me too!
As many posters have noted, definitely a Doors vibe here. Maybe this is what Jim might have done later in his career, had he not done whatever he did to wind up dead in that bathtub in France...
Interesting reference....in fact I just listened to The Soft Parade title track the other day, one of my fav lesser known (or lesser listened to) Doors tracks. I kinda get that feeling too now you mention it, which is a good thing to me. I'll bump my 6 to a 7 for the cool "sounds like" ... although I prefer the Doors' track to this one. Long Live RP!!
I've gone 7 to 8 on this in large part to the "sounds like" Jim M and the Doors. Long Live RP!!
