Shotgun - Southern Culture on the Skids
Posted 18 years ago by Daveinbawlmer:
Was at an outdoor SCOTUS gig some years ago and a buddy of mine was hit in the eye by a surface-to-surface fired chicken wing, I received incoming fire from a blob of pudding. We went off to the emergency tent for little eye wash and got that taken care of. One of the guys started flirting with a nurse in the tent so we got thrown out, on the way home we stopped and bought a case of cheap beer then got a flat tire.
We did eat the offending chicken wing.
Dime - CAKE

I walked into a strip bar once and the girl on the stage was dancing to a Cake song. I now associate Cake with intelligent, funny, articulate strippers.
And thats a good thing.

Haha! The funniest thing just happened. At first I couldn't hear what you were talking about. Then I moved closer to the speakers and...yep, I can definitely hear a scratchy/hissing noise. Moved on to the next song...wait a minute! I still hear that noise. Finally realized that I was hearing the carbonation bubbles in my Coke Zero popping. So...I'm still not sure what you're talking about with the hissing sound on the track. LOL!

Gorgeous Voice, saw her sing the Hollies cheesy tune "Air That I Breathe" and she just OWNED it. Gorgeous and languid. Decadent and luxurious.
