Great Album! Don't miss the second one - "Extraordinary Ways". And don't miss the wonderful original version of "Tears From The Moon" by the Belgian trip hop band Lunascape.
Hmm - The Wall was almost entirely a result of his anger, as are many other classic Floyd pieces. I for one am glad he shared his anger and his sadness through the years
Hey Bill what's the obsession with this particular track? - 7 plays in 31 days! And yet other passionate stuff from Roger doesn't even make the playlists, The Gunners Dream for example.
Yes, from the musical aspect, I would agree. But I don't understand, why an artist, who fought against manipulation for all of his life, nowadays spends all of his energy to manipulate others, other artists. What has he learned from history, and from his own history? He's one of the most successful artists on the globe. His voice is heard. Why does he not use this voice to connect people, to bring them back to dialogue? The way he has chosen is easy, but will help noone to bring peace back again. We should always 'Keep Talking'. And if politicians can not do it, should not artists do it then?
