Love those chord changes! Happy & melancholy all at once.

Ok, I'm a Vancouver chick and I don't see their appeal. I'm glad they've done well for themselves, but I think other groups have done it better. Trish's group Po' Girl is much more interesting, and yes, I hate the lead vocalist's style.

Sounds a lot like the material from AfroCelt Sound System. Was it produced by some of the same people? Intriguing...
Same band. Shorter name.

The CSNY is timeless, this is annoying.
Couldn't agree more. I know she's an amazing songwriter, yadayadayada, but her voice drives me nuts!

I'm going to weigh in and say: I like it! A bit too 'easy listening' with the ol' sax at the end, but it all seems kinda toungue-in-cheek, especially the album cover!

Wow. Playing like this always makes me wish I knew how to play guitar.

Love the song, but the sound of air-raid sirens always makes my blood run cold.

a guilty pleasure- this is on the "Blue Crush" soundtrack- a cheesy but very fun surf movie!

I have this song on my iPod- it's exactly the right tempo to jog to!

Oh wow- memories of childhood and this being on the radio all the time! Haven't heard this for donkey's years!

Easy there, Tiger! Accordions rule, ok?

I always think of Bill Murray slurring his way through this in Lost in Translation: "Thank you, this is hard."

The only thing that makes this song bearable is singing Gowan's "Criminal Minds" over the top of it. Loudly. Almost works...

Makes me think of Stephen King's book "It". "We all float down here- and you will too..." Creepy.

The "tired starlings" line always got me. I always picture these sad, dirty little London birds up on a window ledge somewhere.
