Thank you for your postive and uplifting comment. However, would the Pixies be as sh*tty and out-of-tune as say, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Grateful Dead, etc all rated as 10s and 9s on your ratings page? All excellent singer-songwriters yes, but not exactly the ones to tune your guitar by. I love them all, just pointing out by your own standards that one does not need a velvet voice to be awesome and to make all of our lives better by just singing a song.
We want you to be happy, or at least scroll over to PSD.

I like this version alright, different from the Orig, for sure, but that's ok. I know all the haters will hate me for saying it, but c'mon, at least Serena is trying to make some interesting music (oh boy, the haters will hate me now!)
Though I did like the comment about the musicians being sedated on maple syrup. Funny!
In last verse: "I just saw her yesterday, I just saw her learn how to stay." I've loved this song forever, but having heard it recently wondered what he was saying there? "Learn how to STAY?" He didn't like beat her or something, eh?
Troubles me now...
Now that you point it out, that is a little hard to understand what he means... do you know what I mean?
Well said VH1. I find the positive posts are fun and sometime hilarious to read, the negative, not so much.

I already read a lot of your comments here, and I think you are just a very sad and bitter person, but unfortunately the world must have space for idiots like you as well.
I don't get these nattering nabobbers of the negative. They're like weird little dung beetles rolling around their balls of hate on the comments page. Many of us love this tune. Use the ratings button, use the PSD button, use the power button, but could you ease up on the hate ?

He is one artist that I can't even believe is on here. Absolutely horrible! We have amazing music in a small town that far exceeds the talent of this guy. Ugh!!
And as for the monster, known as "markpeachy" we'll just assume your comment, coming from Down Under was upside down and you meant to say, Long Live Leonard Cohen!
I know what you mean Stingray (fellow denizen of the deep). This is such an awesome tune, boring into our very (sometimes stoned) musical loving souls.

Hey hater, try spending 15 seconds with a regular dictionary to check your spelling next time - or better yet, say something nice
But this song - wow - this is a beautiful song! I love her completely unique Irish voice!

K. bye!
It's about Time. Sort of an anti-war song, sort of a coming of age song...
And is awesome.
