This got a 1 from me at the first use of that whistle.  As the song progressed I was thinking that I'd re-score it higher.... but then the whistle returned.   No excuse for it at all.  None.

Reminds me of the 80s bands "Camouflage" or "Red Flag" (which were both blatant Depeche Mode rip-off bands).

A song that calls for an extended rating system!

It deserves a -5.

Lost me when the sax came in to ruin the song.

Love her voice but it can't make up for the annoying reggae guitar riff and the length/repetition of this song.  Oh well.  I tried to like it.

Can't stand the song but I'm giving it a high score for all the fond memories that I associate with this tune.

Hmmm...

Sounds like he's trying to sing along to a melody that he's only hearing for the first time.

He doesn't have a bad sound, but this song is a bit weak.

Just came here to say this!

And something about the picture reminds me of Nic Cage in "Raising Arizona".

I love OMD!

Oh wait... wrong OMD.
They just weren't the same when Paul Humphreys left anyway....

trumpet at the end is favorite.

It was the trumpet at the end that cost this song about five points of my rating.

Fun song but I can't stand how he's exploiting the death of his son.

(See what I did there?  There are more than one Joe Jacksons in the world and I pretended to confuse them!  Comedy gold!)

When I realized I was rocking in my office chair to the beat, I had to come here and post something good about this song:  It's groovy!

I'm an IG fan but they lost me on the harmonica "solo".

My score dropped to 2 by the 5th "Babe" and down to 0 on the 10th.

What an unpleasant song.

I started at about a 6 but that sax was truly annoying.  Every squeal pushed my score down another point.

Sorry.  The song had potential.

I actually checked to see if any of the browser windows I had up was playing a looping banner ad that was playing at the same time of this song.
Holy cow was this song (checks my spelling...) cacophonous and discordant!
